The goal of this project was to teach the history of Mexican gastronomy to children. The story developed from three major historical periods : the pre-colonial, the Spanish viceroyalty and the present. For each stage a color palette and a different tone were defined. In addition, it was sought to show how the relationships between Indigenous and Spanish people slowly resulted in present day Mexico's ethnic diversity.
